Timeline 1.5 years
Position Director, Product Design
Full-Time + Contractor

Bally Sport is the largest regional sports network or RSN in the country and serves as the TV home to more than half of all MLB, NHL and NBA teams.

In April of 2021, Bally Sports Digital Products launched after Fox Sports Networks was sold to Sinclair Broadcasting Group. Since I have been with Bally Sports in Feb. 2022, we have had a full launch of Bally Sports+ (our direct-to-consumer offering) across 19 regions. For the past year and a half, we have been working to completely transform our web, app, and TV experience – complete design overhaul, developing a comprehensive design system, and creating and owning a new backend. This launched Oct. 30 2023.

Within the Bally Sports organization, my role is to shape and lead product design across the core consumer experience and the DTC experience. I have had a chance to scale and lead design teams, shape Bally Sports future roadmap, and collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, and product teams.

In addition to moving the product forward, I work closely with the head of design to stand up internal protocols and scale the design team. I developed hiring strategies, established career development and peer feedback programs, team onboarding, as well as shaped our design process and quality standards.
